Hello, for practice I want to make $3$ php files that will all share $1$ folder to make html$,$ css like web. I want to create a publication system to create an online repository to record and retrieve details of scientific publications for a university faculty $($Please help create the php files base and i will fill in the details about the university faculty myself please just make it clear where and when I have to add my texts$).$ I have to create $3$ php files

a$)$ first.php: A PHP web page for submitting new data, which will

be stored in files. The web page will include a form to collect publication

and school details, such as title, authors, year, journal, digital object

identifier $,$ and school name. All the fields must be validated, and the

page must only be accessible by administrators using the login system you

will develop. Digital object identifier field should be optional and will only be validated if the user provides it$.$

b$)$ second.php: A PHP web page to list the records using some of the

details such as their titles. The page will be accessible to all users.

c$)$ third.php: A PHP web page to display all details of a single

record. Accessible to all users. third.php will be linked from second.php for

each record.

And you can make the sites basic blank I will figure out how to design them myself. You can make the text sizes and everything how you like and I will adjust them later.
