Hello here is my question:

Determine if these 2 statement are sometimes, always, or never true:

1.) For any given x-value, the graph of y = 10^x lies above the graph of y=2^x.

2.) The domain of any exponential function y=b^x, where b > 1, is all real numbers

Could you also please explain why these statements are either always, sometimes or never true? Thanks for your help!
