How are you tutor? I have a Final Project will be power point slides and I have to use my books emotionally intelligence and crucial conversations any thoughts or ideas? I thought to do it on a NEW HUMAN RESOURCE policy OR EMAIL communication POLICY , any thoughts or ideas?

As you go through this course,you have the chance to gain greater insights into how we can all effectively communicate with one another...on any level.

For this final project, you are going to submit a presentation package to your colleagues at the office, as if you were standing in front of your fellow co-workers at a company meeting.You are asked to speak about an idea, topic, etc. at work that you are passionate about, and want everyone to become more aware of and educated on. Maybe think of it as a lunch and learn.

Example topics might include:

• Email communications policy
• Dress policy
• Meeting policy
• Organization update on some policy or procedure
• Workplace Violence
• New Human Resource Policy
• Reorganization
• Other

Slides

The first two slides should be an intro slide, including your name, etc. and a second slide which includes an introduction to the topic you will be discussing. The following slides can be in the format below...

Example suggested methodology format if presenting a problem/issue:

1. Define the issue,problem,etc.Be clear as to WHAT it is.
2. Explain WHY this is a problem. Tell the audience why this needs to change, etc.
3. Provide detail on HOW it can be solved/fixed. What needs to be done?
4. Give clear steps on HOW this can be implemented.

Requirements:

• Please identify a topic you would like to present.
• Please use the Discussion Board, DB11.7 to put your idea out there and communication with others
• This assignment is a DRAFT PPT of your presentation.This can be some of the outlinepages/slides that will be incorporated into your topic. You are required to incorporate your learnings from the two books to make the presentation speech connect with your audience as well as the various assignments that prepared you for this work.
• Keep it evidence based. In other words, keep it real. :-)
• Reduce the number of pictures on slides to what is absolutely necessary.

*A copy of a DRAFT document is attached for your review. It is only five pages and would be suitable length for your draft document. However, five pages would not be suitable for your final project.
