Hello, how do I insert this image as a background fullscreen and overlay the heading? Also,can you insert an arrow and center it with the heading and when you click the arrow it scrolls to the following panel? (see pic of arrow I want).....please center the text and put the green arrow under it....also please fix the background image so that when you scroll it follows and disapears under the next panel:
