HELLO , how do you write a function with 2-dimensional arrays size 7*7 that make and output the exact sequence and pattern of number shown in the picture?? IT must be In C++ language and the values cannot be manually stored in the array definition because that would be wrong. the function has to make or modify them in some way or mathematically.
