Hello, I am assigned a Personal statement for assessment (PSA) for my designing your future class (GWL30)

I find the instructions unclear, I will list them below starting with Section 1. I am having a hard time formulating an essay on this topic, so any extra instructions, tools, or tips would really help. I'm just very confused with what to do and how to formulate this essay.

Section 1: Introduce yourself and clearly state the position or program you are applying for.

Section 2: Describe experience #1, what skills you used or gained, lessons you learned, and how you might use in your new position.

Section 3: Describe experience #2, what skills you used or gained, lessons you learned, and how you might use it in your new position.

Section 4: Describe experience #3, what skills you used or gained, lessons you learned, and how you might use it in your new position.

Section 5: Wrap up your PSA with enthusiasm. Let them know you are excited to join the school or company and that you cannot wait to be a part of the team.
