I am having trouble finding specific legislation for the following:

• Resolving workplace problems - Workplace problems refer to issues encountered by team members during a work task that were caused by external factors (e.g. lack of appropriate resources due to a supplier error, workplace hazards such as a spill in the hallway caused by another team)
• Dealing with poor performance - Poor performance refers to issues caused by team members not meeting the required standard because of their actions or work ethic (e.g. not following processes, inability to cope with workload)
• Resolving workplace conflicts- Workplace conflicts refer to disagreements between individuals or groups in the workplace (e.g. disagreements over task-based decisions, personality clashes)
