I am trying to solve a percentage split situation in Excel,

Original Values Calculative (replacing 0.25 for 0.30)

0.35 Split value of remaining 0.70 ?
0.40 Split value of remaining 0.70 ?
100% 100%

Note: The split values are not the remaining 0.70 divided by 2; there based on the the ones from the column "Original Values", I just don't get how.
