I asked you a question not too long ago about SPSS. If you look at your answered questions you should be able to find the question. I paid $29 dollars. The answer you gave turned out to be wrong. The recode was done wrong according to the instructions I was given to you.

The correct way should be as followed:

"RECODE v16 (0 THRU 49=1)(50=2)(51 THRU 100=3) INTO V16A."

"RECODE v17 (0 THRU 49=1)(50=2)(51 THRU 100=3) INTO V17A."

"CROSSTABS TABLES= V/16A, V17A BY V1/CELLS= COONT COL/STATISTICS= LAMBDA CHISSQ." <--I might have misspelled a few words
