Hello I attached the question below with my 2 questions but I have done question 1 and I post it under with the answer so you can have a better understanding. i needed help with questions number 2.

Fast forward and you've just graduated and have started your career. Think about the risk exposures you all may personally face now that you are into your career.

1. What are the risk exposures you would be faced with? How would you deal with these exposures? Use the "what-if" technique.

Some of the risks that can be dealt with are career risks, passive risks, reputational risk, and investment risks. Dealing with career risks can be tricky, the negative outcomes can occur with action or inaction, otherwise known as passive risk. Therefore, evaluating the career risks one can face (career change, culture fit, quality of life, etc.) must all be researched thoroughly to reduce career risk.

Reputational risk can be mitigated through understanding that actions can affect public perception. Positive influence is best when looking to meet stakeholder expectations. When working with reputational risk of a company, you represent something bigger than yourself. This reputational risk mitigation should be in a strategy/plan to identify potential scenarios that could lead to change in perception.

Investment risk can have drastic effects on one's personal attainment to society. Most jobs provide investment opportunities for their employees allowing greater income for their retirement plans. Diversity of one's portfolio can limit negative aspects, along with understanding your own personal investment goals.

The risk management process helps structure future outcomes. Identifying the risk, evaluating the risk, determining alternatives, selecting the best option, implementing the option, and periodic evaluations lead to better-handling risks.

2. How do you feel other recent graduates are aware of these risk exposures? Why or why not?
