Hello, I have to work on quantitative research proposal for an experimental psychology class and I need help answering some questions.

My research question is "How does witnessing domestic violence impact a child's romantic relationships in adulthood?"

Please help me answer questions below:

• What is the goal of the research? What research question should be investigated?
• What predictor variable (or variables) will be proposed? What measure or measures included in the dataset should be used for each of these predictor variables to be measured?
• What outcome variable (or variables) will be proposed? What measure or measures included in the dataset should be used for each of these outcome variables to be measured?
• Based on your predictor and outcome variables, what is the nature of the research question? In other words, will the question be investigating a relationship using a correlational design or comparing preexisting groups using a comparative quasi-experimental design?
• Why should we expect that there will be a relationship between the variables included in the research question(s)?
