it is for a company who wants to upgrade their computer system as they have 20 branches and with computer infrastructure significantly different in across the branches. the company's name is Alpha Hotel management. The project is expected to be commenced and fully implemented within 8 months with a working deadline of February 2023. The personal computers that are to be used with the new system should be delivered within 90 days of the contract. The project is expected to have a one-off cost of $ 1, 000,000 and subsequent annual fees of $ 350,000. Training of the system users is also required before the system goes live.

The objectives of the project of implementing a modern cloud based integrated computing system across the hotel chain are:

To set up, configure, and personalise a HotelWare instance on cloud in order to unify functions across several hotel branches and save money.

To install adequate desk top computers for business users in all Alpha hotels in order to improve the efficiency of the customer service operation and thus the satisfaction index.

To train users on how to use the HotelWare management system to improve on function administration and subsequently profitability.
