The company is located just outside the city limits of a major metropolitan midwestern city. The area has multiple warehouse and distribution centers, competition is high for employees. The company is concerned about the cost of course of turnover, but they are also concerned about the order filling metric of the warehouse. The ideal metric would be to meet 100% of course, however more realistically at this point they want to meet 95%. For this assignment, you will calculate the monthly average of the number of employees, voluntary quits, involuntary quit, turnover for voluntary, and turnover for involuntary rates.
