Basic Python Programming:

Write a program that will ask a user to input number grades for four subjects $($English$,$ Mathematics, Social Science and CIS$).$ Prompt the user for the grades one at a time being specific about which grade the user is to input.$$ After receiving the four values, calculate letter grade using an if$-$then$-$else construction.$$

Your OUTPUT should be:

Print four $(4)$ lines indicating the name of the course, the grade for each of the courses and the letter grade that corresponds to the number grade. Each line should show the name of the subject, the number grade, and the letter grade. Leave spaces so that it is easy to read.
