loping a Phishing Awareness and Training Program for the all the faculty members at McGill * Analyze and assess the risks associated with Phishing to this population. * Based on the risks you have identified, develop a Phishing Awareness and Training program to raise awareness and explain relevant best practices to your target audience. i) Include an outline of the awareness and training program that describes the target population, their associated risks that you analyzed, and all deliverables. ii) Working from your outline, develop ONE of the awareness and training program deliverables, such as a video of your training, or of an outreach event dry run, a poster to raise awareness, an online contest, game, training modules. iii) Identify and describe the potential challenges to reach or train your target population and explain why your outlined deliverables are the most appropriate and relevant to overcome these challenges. iv) Make sure you include the links to all relevant policies, procedures, or guidelines, and external references that you base on and would be helpful to the target audience
