Hello,
I need a Matlab design for a ground source heat pump. The heat pump is simply a horizontal source system with ventilation. The air supply ventilation is 1/4 horse power. Piping is clay and buried under ground at depth of 6 meters. The ground source system is to supply cold air for an outside ac unit for a house. Assume the ambient air temperature as 45 degree Celsius and the ac unit used in the house as split air conditioner. The split air conditioner has a seer btu/(w.h) of 10.50(LG LO182C0 NK0) and it is 1.5ton. There are 15 air conditioners distributed over 15 rooms in a 3 story building which has a land area of 400m. The ac is set for 23 degrees Celsius running. The size of the land is 400 meters (20*20) which has piping buried over. Between each pipe there is .5 meter separation to allow for better heat transfer. The temperature underground is 25 degrees Celsius which is constant through out the year. Provide the optimum design and explain why it is the best, also show a step by step guide what you did
