Hello I need a reference for this explanation.
Training: Change management cannot be seamlessly achieved simply by providing additional training to familiarize employees with organizational changes and that too when the team is diverse. In order to achieve this, you need to focus on the development of employees in terms of emotional maturity, integrity and compassion ensuring that the employees feel personally invested in the organizational changes. For e.g.: If there is a change in the management structure people often become suspicious that they may be fired from the job. It is important in those cases to calm them down and provide them training for the requisite skills for the job, so that they can help implement the change.
Alignment of goals: Aligning the business goals of your company with the personal goals of your employees can help you increase workforce motivation through an organizational change. Workers who understand and approve of your company's goals work harder to help your business achieve those milestones by working in a group leaving behind their difference. For e.g: If the changed management has altered the KPIs, the individual employee KPIs should be aligned to the central ones so that the organizational target is achieved.
Clear communication: Transparency builds trust and goes a long way toward assuaging employee doubts about an organizational change and allows workers to feel more involved with your company's new initiatives. Keeping communication open and positive during an organizational change keeps workers motivated and may even lead to new ideas from the team members when first implementing this change. Cooperation from the diverse team can help you generate ideas you might not have thought of. For e.g.: Any change, expected of the employees should be clear and concise else they will get divided between the older expectations and the new ones. Either way they will not be able to meet any of the targets.
