I need help completing a code using Python

This is a copiable code

This code use an archive .csv to create a dataframe with the library panda,

This is an example of the output of the panda dataframe, it discribe the progression of the COVID-19 in seven different countrys in a period of time. I cannot provide the archive .cvs, but I need a similar example of how I can complete the code to create a graphic like the following
