Also Big Tug is cover by the Work Product Doctrine which simple states that work produced by a lawyer or their agent to include research memorandum, witness interviews, or notes resulting from other investigations. Mrs. Sadd's attorney would have to conduct their own interviews and investigation into the incident to gather what they would need to move ahead with their lawsuit of Big Tug.
