Hello I need help with this Anova table type question! I am confused about how to start this in matlab or excel!

An experiment was performed using a nested ANOVA design to test the effectiveness of different wind turbine blades and mounts on electricity production. There were three blades each mounted to two different mounts.

H₀₍₁₎ : there is no difference in energy production among blades types

H₀₍₂₎ : there is no difference in energy production among mount types

There are four subsamples of each blade on each mount. The energy production in Watts is given in the table below.
