I need to ask question in relation to Constitution law. There are two questions I have been given and I need to answer.

"The Constitution is a living document that reflects the changing values of society and as a result the historical approach to interpreting the constitution has become irrelevant and useless." Do you agree? Explain your answer with reference torelevant decisions of the Irish courts.

"It is essential in a democracy that everyone has access to the courts. Therefore, the test for locus standi should only involve proof that a person or body has a genuine interest in a matter."Is this an accurate explanation of the test for locus standi? Explain your answer with reference to relevant decisions of the Irish courts.
