Hello. I would like to discuss about something very important. I'm very very worried and stressed out and I hope you could please help me :( so you see my mother she's 46 and she currently has pre-diebetes only since her sugar level is very high. And she mostly prefers things that may be a bit junk like mostly rice, sweets like cake, pasta, things like that as she even have it in big portions as it's really hard for her to control and keep herself strict on diet. And I'm really worried I don't want her to end up having type 2 diabetes since my father already has is and I'm really worried I don't know what to do or stop her as it's like when she has something she thinks that it won't hurt to have just a bit sometimes but in the end when she experience a bit dizziness she then gets very worried. But she doesn't have washroom problem at all yet and she doesn't get thirsty at all either. But I'm very worried about her and since she's like desi which is like her culture is different she has her own choices in food and all and she says she can't do yoga, meditation and no excercise since she's not used to doing that in her life at all so she mostly do the whole house chores and taking a short walk outside everyday. What could the meals she can take that can lower her blood sugar level and lessen her pre-diebetes issue so that she can be completely normal. Does stress causes stuff like this? And does she have to drink more water than often and if yes how much a day daily? Does sleep also matters? Is it okay if she eats only fruits at night like 12am or 1am which is only fruits like sweet mangos or any other fruit because I heard it has natural sugar and I'm not sure if that's good for her or not? Could you also please tell me other tips that she could consider doing? Like Does she have to eat one vegetable daily atleast or something? And anything else you could please recommend? The doctor said they'll meet my mother after 3 months to check her results so what is something that she can do could you please explain everything? So the pre-diabetic issue can be gone completely and fast? Thank you
