Hello, I'm having PC troubles so I cannot complete this lab. Can anyone help? It is supposed to be coded in ASP.net C#. Here are the instructions:

1) Add a master page In the Solution Explorer window, right-click on your project and selcet Add New Item. In the Add New Item dialog, select Master Page and type Site.master into the Name box. Be sure Place code in separate file is checked.

2) Use bootstrap library to create 2 column layout

3) Set up as pictured below: (Header same for all pages, display current date and time for all pages, global navigation bar to three pages, two column layout, and also a footer). Here is a link to the image incase it is not showing up below: https://i.imgur.com/DVG9Dx3.png
