Hello! I'm trying to generate a sequence in Excel and would appreciate your help. In Column A, we have generations from 1,2,3,... and in Column B, we have the number of rabbit pairs increasing at each generation. Beginning at G(2), the sequence's pattern begins, where we find P_n = P_n-1 + 1, followed next by P_n-1 - 1, repeating over and over:

Generation	1	2	3	4	5	6	7	8
# of Rabbit Pairs	1	1	3	5	11	21	43	85

I need to know at what generation the number of rabbit pairs reach a level of 100,000. Also, how would you turn this pattern into a formula? Many thanks for your help!
