If not operated, the cost of operation is $0. - Assume Beirut can be split into 25 adjacent areas with the approximate population size in the following table: - The above table also shows how the areas are adjacent. For example, Area 2,6 and 7 are adjacent to Area 1. - Every area can be covered by a reception tower in it, or an area adjacent to it. Assume one tower only exists per area. Formulate the problem as a linear program (or integer linear program). Label your decision variables clearly
