Hello, please help make a C# windows forms app that works as a coffee order system. In one form you select your size (small - $3.00, medium - $4.00, and large - 5.00), you also give the user the option for ice/hot. and dairy type (1%, 2% or almond milk). These must all be done with radio buttons. And then in the same form, the user chooses the topping (classic syrup - $0.50, caramel syrup - $0.50, and hazelnut syrup -$0.50, whip cream -$0.50), these are checkboxes because the user can add as much toppings as they want to their coffee. Then display subtotal, tax, and total in the bottom by clicking a "Total" button. Thank you.
