description of project:

-some Colleges or Universities wishes to improve its internal processes of handling IT issues using IT Ticketing system

- When a Lecturer, student, or an employee of

educational institute has a problem with their IT resources such as computer problems, network issues, printer issues, login problems or any other IT related problems; they normally approach the IT

help desk by email or by phone.

- these request are documented and acted upon by the IT helpdesk on an ad hoc basis which leads to

various problems. so IT ticketing System is the project on which you

should work on. how to manage that tickets and solve the issues.
