Hello there, I$\text{'}$m doing my dissertation as a part of fulfillment of my course $,$ I am doing an aviation safety course with aeronautics engineering background $,$ i would like to get help to suggest some topics related to human factors i aviation safety like for example $,($the impact of stress due to increase workload as a result of airline operation expansion on pilot performance $)$ or something that related to organization culture, training or age difference between cockpit crew, or similar ideas

the topic to be chosen has to be easy for data gathering, related to human factors and aviation safety $..$ I$\text{'}$m planning to use case studies instead of surveys $,$ once the topic is agreed by my supervisor $,$ i will need help in filling proposal form $,$ and then starting the dissertation $,$ so its $3$ stages work $($ no usage of any sort of AI like chatgpt is allowed by university as they check for AI and similarity through turnitin$).$ I$\text{'}$m very interested in area of human factors$/$ and accidents with regards to aviation safety $,$ so hopefully that you can provide me with something that is related
