Hello, this is my first time working with HTML, JavaScript and CSS, and I am being asked to incorporate JS & CSS into HTML. I would like to know how I could do that please. Here are the instructions:

Create an HTML template.

Enter the name of the webpage in the title tag in the HTML

Create an external CSS file. Attach it to your template using HTML [not sure how to attach the file that I have, like what to write in the html code.]

Create an external JS file. Attach it to your template using HTML. Use a "document.write" statement to prove that it works.[not sure how to attach the file that I have, like what to write in the html code.]

Create an unordered or descriptive list to list out the classes you are currently taking at ASU. It must be a color other than black.[I don't know how to make only this particular section have a different color, where do I place the code, please?]

Create an ordered list of your 3 favorite movies, books, or TV shows you have listed. It must be a color other than black and a different color than the unordered list.[I also don't know how to make only this particular section have a different color, where do I place the code, please?]
