Help me make this sound simple, As I understand the job functionalities I will oversee, develop, and implement agency-wide operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to asset management, warehouse facilities, and vehicle fleet. I will work to manage the daily operations of the department, including inventory management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and other supplies received and distributed. I will understand that I will be required to direct all fleet activities, including but not limited to the purchase/lease, cleaning & maintenance, mileage logs, and ensuring adherence to all related company policies and procedures. I will participate and support the design of capital development activities (acquisition, development, and/or rehabilitation of property), development of RFPs (request for proposal), and evaluation of proposals submitted for funding. In the event of a disaster or emergency, I will be responsible for managing and executing the department's Continuity of Operations Plan. I will also prepare analytical reports for upper management based on business data, as needed. I will foster professional relationships with operational vendors, funders, elected offices, stakeholders, community partners, and service providers. I will assist contractors in understanding local, state, and federal policies and regulations that affect housing operations for the homeless
