HELP ME REPLY IN THIS THREAD

As far as I'm aware, TUW students are given several opportunities to evaluate and provide feedback in regards to assessing the IT department and technology. At the end of each session, students can provide feedback through the end of term survey. I believe they can rate how the course improved their ability to communicate with their classmates and professors through the use of technology available to them in their courses. The MFT program also has a yearly survey where students can rate the technological resources that are available to them in order to accomplish the program's goals and outcomes. Students can also submit a student voice at any time in order to provide feedback, such as complaints, commendations, and recommendations.

Input from these instruments often help determine what is working and what needs improvement in regards to technological resources and helpdesk support. The IT department have used these feedback in the past from these tools to improve existing technological resources as well as create new ones.
