Help me with selecting a company going through (or that has gone through) an organizational change like a Merger, acquisition, new product launch, restructuring, new strategy, new technology, change in leadership, cost-cutting, etc. I need to identify the organization, the change, and an analysis of what went wrong/right OR what the organization should do to make the change successful, if the change is not yet complete. Help me to identify sources of resistance as well as analyze the change process based in theories such as Lewin's change model, Kotter's steps for change, etc. Thank you in advance for any help w/ this!!!
