Standard Mean: 13.50%

Sample Standard Deviation: 17.63%

Defects Per Million: 1,000,000

6/6 = 1 times 1,000,000 = 1,000,000

Yield: 20*35*56*61*61.50*62 =0.9117645600

Process Capability Ration (Cp): (100-95)/(6*17.63)=0.0473

Process Capability Index (CP): (13.50-95)/(3*17.63)= -1.54
