HELP!! Please can you write a good program on this that actually brings out an output because i've tried all I can but mine won't print anything out. Please also put comments explaining every step. Please I really need help on this.

Each line of the file provides the six resistances listed in order. Some of the designs may not be correct. Write a program that reads the values from the user and print out on the screen whether this is a bad design or a good design.
