Overview For this week's discussion, I have put you in groups to explore the temperature patterns of cities around the world. Each of you is going to find some basic information about a city of your choice, and your group is going to discuss why we see the temperature pattern that we do using the four temperature controls discussed in the lectures: latitude, altitude, distance from water, and clouds. First post - Due Thursday Choose a city anywhere in the world. Please make sure you don't choose the same city as a classmate; you are welcome to use the discussion to claim a city before you do your research, and discuss this with your group. Find the following data for your city: The city name and country. The latitude and longitude of your city (don't forget to include North and South) The elevation of your city The average monthly temperature (one for each month) The distance from the ocean or a large body of water. You can use either Google Earth or your atlas for this. Don't forget to include units for all your answers
