type: is an array of $20$ characters that stores the string of pet type $($e$.$g$.,$ cat, dog, etc.$).$

age: is the age of the pet, which should be a positive integer.

weight: is a floating$-$point number.

ptr$\_$nextPet: is a pointer to the next Pet structure, which stores another pet's record.
