Irene returned to Ghana after a week away in the UK and went to Mr. Koo's garage for her car only to realize that Mr. Koo had sold the car to Rebecca. Irene is mad about the situation and has sworn to recover the car from her rival, after which she will mercilessly deal with Mr. Koo. Advise the parties. (15Marks) b. Three days later Nancy sent a mail to Angela in which she agreed to buy the home unit for the price set out in Angela's letter. After receiving Nancy's mail, Angela telephoned Nancy and told her that she had decided that she did not want to sell the home unit. Nancy is aggrieved advise the parties. (12Marks)
