Help with this matlab problem please!!

Using hospital.xls do the following in matlab:

1. divide the patients according to whether or not they received antibiotics. Calculate the mean and standard deviation for each of the two subsamples and report the results in a table.

2. Create histograms and boxplots for the two populations.

3. The boxplot shows an outlier in the data. Remove this outlier and compare the mean/standard deviations for the two populations in a table. Discuss the differences with and without the outlier included.
