Henry Wilcox Work for ACRON as a Project Manager and is in charge of a customer called GLIS Ltd. ACRON is in the business of providing life science testing services to life science companies that develop vaccines, antibodies and other medications, such as biosimilars for the global markets. Gloria Marsesson, the quality assurance Manager send last week a communication that clearly explain that the method use to test samples of antibodies of GLIS, MP32 Protocol, was totally inaccurate for the purpose of the testing and compromise the image of superb quality and expert know-how of ACRON, due to high rate of false negative (false rejection). She suggested to use a new method which is based on Protocol MP 456, which is more accurate. For this reason, Gloria spoke with Henry and said that the customer need to be informed of this problem and if the customer doesnt accept the change of protocol, unfortunately, it will be impossible to ACRON to continue providing services in this matter in the future. ACRON expect an answer in one week and if it is necessary a meeting with the customer can be arranged to provide the justification for this course of action to GLIS Ltd.
