Category One $-$ Research Method

Discuss the basic tenets and assumptions of generic qualitative inquiry research. How this research method could be used to investigate the use of social media in the workplace and the impact of security policies within an organization. Analyze the practical and ethical challenges of employing this methodological approach within the context of such a study and how those challenges will be addressed. Provide and evaluate the scholarly rationale for the selection of this methodological approach as opposed to at least one other approach.
