Request for proposal: As part of Ranchi Nagar Nigam's (Ranchi Municipal Corporation) ongoing infrastructure development projects, the Nigam invites private bus transport companies to serve the needs of the passengers within the city. Experienced bus operators are required to apply to the below mentioned address with details of the routes they are willing to serve, passenger fare quote per kilometre, suggested bus stops and daily schedule. A minimum of five round trips, or at least 80kms of running, is expected of each service per day. Buses should have a seating capacity between 35 and 45. Routes will be assigned to successful companies based on the merit of their proposals, and based on the viability of routes assessed by experts.
