Here is my C$++$ code, one thing i do not know is that how to get the number of times duplicate repeated itself.

Example i want to output to look like this:

Rows: $3$

Columns: $4$

Lets populate arrays:

$3757$

$5729$

$6421$

Thank you, $7$ repeats $3$ times, $2$ repeats $2$ times, $5$ repeats $2$ times.
