Write a program in Eclipse that is able to do the following:

Create a two-dimensional array of type char that has a maximum size of three using a const. Using typedef create a tic-tac-toe board of the specified size. Fill in the contents of the array with Xs and Os when declaring the array, then print said array onto the screen.
