Students will be grouped (4-5 students per group) to develop together a project (launching a retail store, setting up a university, hosting a summer school, conducting nationwide marketing campaign and national contest). Taking into account the specific requirements of the task the students will be requested to:

1. Develop a Work breakdown structure (WBS) describing the process of all activities of the project;
2. Based on (WBS) and using MS Project software complete Gantt chart taking into account following:

• The chart has to contain at least 50 tasks and tasks should be grouped logically;
• Tasks should have predecessors and successors, if applicable, as well as duration. Durations can be estimated using most optimistic, most pessimistic and realistic scenario (optional);
• Resources should be allocated appropriately to avoid resource conflict;

1. Identify potential risks related with the project and develop a risk management plan;
2. Based on the Gantt chart students will need to define the Critical path and Network diagram

Students will need to submit both MS Project file with Gantt chart and MS PowerPoint presentation with slides devoted to the most important parts of the task.
