$1.$ List types of decisions that will need to be made and suggest which ones should be made by the Product Owner, individual Team Member, Team collectively, or Scrum Master and tell why that person or group should make the decision.

Types of Decisions and Responsibility:

Product Owner: Product owner will be responsible for approving decisions regarding the product features, choice of backlog items to be developed and writing of utilization conditions. The Product Owner, being the only representative of the customers from the market point who has the best product vision, knowledge about the requirements of the customers, and all the market regulations is the best person to take these decisions.

Individual Team Member: Decisions concerning implementation details, task assignments, and technical solutions are best made by individual team members. With a different specialization and knowledge, every team member can expertly participate in their particular tasks which result in timely decision$-$making.

Team Collectively: Related to sprint planning, estimation, and process improvement, team members should be engaged in the decisions in question. Shared decision$-$making process provides a platform to all collaborators so they can contribute to the direction of project and make it their own as they become a part of the project.

Scrum Master: The Scrum Master's responsibilities include co$-$aching team members, obstacles removal, and facilitating Scrum process. Among these, the Scrum Master is tasked with coming up with process improvements, conflict resolution, and making sure that the Agile principles are followed.

Briefly, the product owner functions as a manager who makes financial and strategic decisions; team members are responsible for task prioritization, time estimation, backlog refinement, and planning; the scrum master is the meeting facilitator and also assists with role clarification. Therefore, the whole team is set for project success alignment.

$2.$ How can the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Team Members be more effective using the Agile concepts of simplicity, value, feedback, and change on this project?

Working together with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the Team will be help by embracing the agile principles of simplicity, value, feedback and change. Here are some ways that they can be used:

Simplicity: The Agile idea of simplicity, which is to say that the team focuses on creating the simplest solution that will meet the user's needs, underlies this. This implies that the team must not complicate the project with what is not required. The Product Owner may accomplish this task by offering very clear, detailed and succinct information on what a user wants and the team may work together to come up with a simple solutions that satisfy those needs.

Value: The Agile notion of the value principle goes hand in hand with the creation of the user. Hence, it is advisable for them to focus mainly on enabling the users to receive the right value from the end product. The Product Owner could assist in this by evaluating which characteristics will give the most value, and then the team could collaborate to create a list of the features that will give this most value.

Feedback: The Agile feedback principle demands the team to have feedback from the end$-$users and pairs. This input can be known as an informational source for improvement purposes. To resolve this, the Product Owner can provide feedback on which product characteristics are functioning and which ones are not and the team can work together to make some changes to the project.

Change: Change as team principle in agile requires that they can do changes in the project swiftly. Such a process requires the team to have the power to adapt as the project evolves rather than going through a rounded approval chain. The Product Owner can help by providing feedback on what changes need to be made, and the team can work together to make those changes.

Overall, working on a project more efficiently can be greatly aided by the Agile principles of simplicity, value, feedback, and change for the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Team Members. Using these concepts, the team can create a project that meets the user's needs and is easy to change.
