For this discussion forum post, find a legal news story about an intellectual property law case that is worth sharing with the class. In order for the story to be relevant to this weeks topic, make sure that it is about copyright, patent, or trademark infringement. There are a lot of stories about counterfeit goods and companies that have tried to profit off someone elses creation. For example, think about fashion items and name brands, music and lyrics, technological advances and inventions.

Also, make sure that the news item you choose has some sort of legal significance. The reason why you are sharing this story is because it should be of some interest to you, me, and your classmates (keep in mind that this is a Business Law class!).
