Write the simplified program to simulate the card game War. War is a random card game where you win if you get a higher card then your opponent. If you get a Tie, then you have WAR. Your program will look similar to the following: War You Computer 4 8 You Lose Extra Credit Bonus points will be awarded if you can also keep track of the number of cards each person has. They each start out with 26. The winner takes the other person's card. In case of a war, the winning amount is not determined until the next round in which the winner takes all four cards.
