Hey! I need to work on an assignment "Mock Interview reflection and critique". I'm working on readings and prepared a structure for the assignment as well but I get stuck in terms of theoretical approaches that seem to be applied in the interview draft. I have not explicitly applied any theoretical approaches in my interview but when I'm reading different theoretical approaches now, I get confused whether it seems to be applied in the interview or not. Can you please help me out in identifying which theoretical approaches have been applied in the interview draft. I do get to know that some elements of theoretical approaches are being applied, but I'm not sure about how to address it.
