Hey Tonya, I think this verse is a great example of the qualities we should have and all servant leaders. It teaches us how to be so that we can love others just as Jesus Christ loves us$.$ The part that always gets me is $"$to keep no record of wrong" as it is easy to find faults and remember when someone does you wrong. However, the Bible is clear on not wanting us to do this. I think servant leaders have to be careful minding the Bible with this but also protecting their team. How do you think that balance is found?$$
