As discussed in class, this assignment requires that you provide a table with the entry barriers you identify in the case $($see the slides for Chapter $3$ for a list of all potential entry barriers$).$ The assignment is explained on page $8$ of the syllabus. Again, keep in mind that entry barriers are one of the elements of the Five Forces model $($i$.$e$.,$ the threat of new entry; high entry barriers means a low threat of new entry$).$

A bit more guidance: Please make a table with $($at least$)$ two columns $-$ one with the specific entry barrier, and the other with information from the case that backs up that entry barrier $($e$.$g$.,$ a quote from the case and page number$).$

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER: As mentioned in the syllabus, members of Groups $5$ and $6$ should NOT hand in this assignment. The reason is a bit complicated $($my apologies for all the course$$s $$moving parts$)$: The other groups don$$t have to hand in individual$-$level assignments when their groups do their mini group presentations, but since Groups $5$ and $6$ have a mini group presentation on a case that we don$$t have an individual$-$level assignment for, these groups should get a $$waiver$$ on one of the other individual$-$level assignments $($namely this one$).$ I hope this is clear.

Bottom line: Members of Groups $5$ and $6$ should NOT hand in the RTE Cereal individual assignment.
